Project Overview

Creative Asphalt completed a 26,000-square-foot commercial parking lot maintenance project for AG West Distributing Company in Fresno, California. The project included pothole repairs, extensive surface cleaning, two coats of asphalt sealer, and parking lot restriping.

The parking lot had a significant buildup of dirt and debris that required additional cleaning before sealcoating could begin.

Project Details

One of the biggest challenges on this project was the amount of cleaning required. The parking lot was extremely dirty, so the crew spent extra time preparing the surface before applying sealer.

The work began the week before Labor Day, when Creative Asphalt skin patched several potholes. With those repairs completed, the crew returned on Labor Day to clean and sealcoat the parking lot.

Two coats of asphalt sealer were applied, followed by fresh parking lot striping to complete the project.

Project Results

The completed project gave AG West Distributing Company a freshly sealed and restriped parking lot. By addressing potholes before sealcoating and thoroughly preparing the surface, Creative Asphalt completed the maintenance work needed to help protect the existing pavement.

The project covered 26,000 square feet and was completed on Labor Day.
