Project Profile: Kings River Golf & Country Club

At Creative Asphalt, we recently had the opportunity to complete a parking lot maintenance project for Kings River Golf & Country Club in Kingsburg, CA. This project focused on extending the life of their lot while ensuring the grounds remained welcoming and accessible to members and guests.

Kings River Golf & Country Club, located at 3100 Ave 400 in Kingsburg, is a private, member-owned club offering an 18-hole championship golf course, tennis courts, swimming, dining, and social events. With amenities open seven days a week, the club provides a full-service experience for its members.

To keep their property in top condition, we sealcoated and striped over 55,000 square feet of asphalt. Because the club remains open daily, we worked closely with management to phase the project into two sections. On the first day, we sealcoated and striped the back half of the lot, covering approximately 25,000 square feet. On the second day, we completed the front half, about 30,000 square feet, ensuring that parking remained available for members throughout the process. This approach minimized disruption while delivering a freshly protected and clearly marked parking area.
