Work Completed
Keeping private streets in good shape makes a big difference in how a neighborhood looks and feels. For this project, our team worked with the Cottage Commons HOA in Reedley, CA to freshen up their community streets and common areas.

About the Client
Cottage Commons is a well-kept residential community in Reedley where homeowners take pride in their surroundings. Like many HOAs, they wanted to preserve their pavement investment and keep things looking sharp for residents and guests.
Our crew started early to minimize disruption and wrapped up the project the same day. We cleaned and crack sealed the streets to keep water from seeping into the asphalt, then sealcoated over 18,000 square feet to restore a smooth, uniform surface. Once the sealcoat cured, we restriped the common areas, including clearly marked ADA parking stalls for accessibility compliance.

Project Highlights
- Completed in just one day
- Protected 18,000 sq ft of asphalt
- Fresh, high-contrast striping throughout the community
- Zero downtime for residents
