We cleaned and crack sealed the streets to keep water from seeping into the asphalt, then sealcoated over 18,000 square feet to restore a smooth, uniform surface. Once the sealcoat cured, we restriped the common areas, including clearly marked ADA parking stalls for accessibility compliance.
